Compensation:
- Base Salary:$70000 annually
- Commission:Generous performance-based commission structure

Job Overview:
We are looking for a high-performingUsed Car Department Managerto lead our pre-owned vehicle operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced dealership environment and is motivated by results and rewards.
Responsibilities:
- Source and manage used vehicle inventory
- Oversee reconditioning and merchandising
- Set pricing strategies and manage online listings
- Lead and coach the used car sales team
- Monitor performance metrics and drive profitability
- Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction
- Recruit train and develop team members
Qualifications:
- 3 years of automotive sales or management experience
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Proven track record in used car operations
- Familiarity with dealership software and CRM systems
- Valid drivers license
