Manager Supply Chain Management Strategic Project JP Transは仕入れ先であるベンダー様セラー様の工場や物流施設と弊社の倉庫(FC)や入荷拠点をつなぐ新たな自社物流ネットワークの企画および実行管理を行います
具体的な業務は3年間(3YearPlan)の物量計画仕入れ先様と自社の施設を接続するためのネットワーク設計必要となる輸送キャパシティの計画そしてパイロットから拡大までの導入計画の策定ですまた計画だけでなくプロジェクトの実行管理も担います

輸送事業部長の直下で自社のみならず仕入れ先様の物流ネットワークを含めた日本の物流市場の動向を理解した上で全国に拡大することを見据えた拡張性のあるネットワーク戦略策定をリードいただきます業務遂行にあたっては国外のテクノロジー開発チームや業務チームまた国内でも仕入れ担当チーム上流の在庫計画チーム日々の輸送オペレーション担当チームなど様々な関係者と協業しながら仕事を進めます多様なバックグラウンドを持つメンバーが在籍するチームでフラットで活発な議論を重ねながらダイナミックなイノベーションを生み出しますテクノロジーの導入計画では海外のメンバーとの協業機会も多くグローバルな環境での活躍が期待されます

The Manager Supply Chain Management Strategic Project JP Trans is responsible for planning and managing the execution of a new in-house logistics network that connects the vendor/seller factories and logistics facilities with our warehouses (FCs) and inbound sites.

Specifically the role involves developing a 3-year volume plan designing the network that connects the supplier facilities with our own planning the required transportation capacity and establishing the implementation plan from pilot to full-scale addition to planning the manager will also be responsible for the overall project management.

Reporting directly to the Head of Transportation the manager is expected to have a deep understanding of the Japanese logistics market including the logistics networks of our suppliers. With this knowledge the manager will lead the development of a scalable network strategy that can be expanded executing these responsibilities the manager will collaborate with various stakeholders such as the international technology development and business teams as well as the domestic sourcing inventory planning and daily transportation operations teams. The diverse team allows for flat and lively discussions fostering dynamic innovation. The technology implementation plans also provide opportunities to work with international team members presenting the chance to showcase ones abilities in a global environment.

-Planning a new in-house inbound logistics network that connects suppliers facilities with the companys own sites
-Defining the project and managing the execution to realize the planned network
-Developing the implementation plan and overseeing the deployment of global technologies (e.g. network optimization tools demand forecasting solutions truck routing software) to support the network
-Establishing and managing KPIs for the designed network and formulating improvement strategies

The JP Transportation department plays a crucial role in supporting Amazon Japans growth. We are the frontline team responsible for ensuring that over hundreds of millions of packages are reliably delivered to our customers every year.

Our department is comprised of a team ofprofessionals with extensive expertise and experience. We oversee transportation from Warehouse (Fulfillment Centers) to our customers handling both in-house delivery capabilities and outsourced transportation services. This involves developing transportation plans spanning from long-term to short-term designing and building efficient transportation networks and executing the actual transportation operations to provide stable delivery services to our customers.

- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements

- Experience defining and executing program requirements
- Experience in complex problem solving and working in a tight schedule environment
- Knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level (e.g. pivot tables & charts multiple criteria lookups nested logical/IF formulas data cleansing array formulas etc.)
- Experience in program or project management
