Key Responsibilities:
Assist with contract/ agreements management including reviewing and organizing legal documents.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Manage legal databases and systems for accuracy and up-to-date information.
Support the legal team with reporting project tracking and administrative tasks.
Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance LegalOps efficiency.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelors degree in Law Business Administration or related field.
35 years of experience in Legal Operations or similar roles.
Strong understanding of legal documentation and workflows.
Proficiency in tools like MS Office and document management systems.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities with attention to detail.
