Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with contract/ agreements management including reviewing and organizing legal documents.

  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

  • Manage legal databases and systems for accuracy and up-to-date information.

  • Support the legal team with reporting project tracking and administrative tasks.

  • Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance LegalOps efficiency.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelors degree in Law Business Administration or related field.

  • 35 years of experience in Legal Operations or similar roles.

  • Strong understanding of legal documentation and workflows.

  • Proficiency in tools like MS Office and document management systems.

  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities with attention to detail.
