About the Role
Were looking for a dynamic resourceful and detail-oriented partner to support the Founder & CEO in driving the business forward.

This isnt a traditional Executive Assistant role its a rare opportunity to combine executive support with creative brand building and hands-on operational impact. One day youll be managing high-stakes meetings and keeping the CEOs world running seamlessly the next youll be helping craft content supporting brand engagements or coordinating cross-company initiatives.

The Opportunity

    • Executive Support to Founder & CEO: Manage CEOs calendar meetings and appointments to optimize her time
    • Prepare agendas talking points and materials to ensure the CEO is fully prepped for meetings
    • Attend meetings with the CEO take notes and send follow-ups to ensure action items are tracked and completed
    • Manage CEOs inbox draft responses and prioritize communications
    • Plan and book travel arrangements including flights accommodations and detailed itineraries for business and personal trips
    • Accompany the CEO to events photoshoots and brand engagements to provide seamless support and representation
    • Creative & Brand Support: Work closely with the Founder and Marketing to create edit and publish compelling content (social posts newsletters blogs speaking decks)
    • Help build and manage the CEOs personal brand: curate social channels ensure consistent voice and expand online presence
    • Support the CEO in preparing for interviews speaking engagements and networking opportunities
    • Act as a connector and representative: assist in relationship-building with media partners and industry contacts
    • Coordinate brand-related logistics products props creative tools and event planning
    • Assist with planning and organizing events in collaboration with the CEO and Marketing team
    • Capture behind-the-scenes moments at events and turn them into content opportunities
    • COO & Operations Support: Provide administrative and operational assistance to the COO as needed
    • Support with scheduling reporting and project tracking for cross-departmental initiatives
    • Prepare documents presentations and research for leadership priorities
    • Assist with internal communications and coordination across the leadership team
    • Ensure workflows and processes between CEO and COO are smooth and efficient
    • Personal Assistance (CEO): Book restaurants manage shopping requests and coordinate personal services (cleaners stylists etc.)
    • Streamline personal and professional workflows to keep the CEOs life organized and running smoothly

What You Bring to the Table

    • 2-3 years experience supporting a high-level executive entrepreneur or public-facing individual in a fast-paced environment
    • Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to juggle multiple priorities seamlessly
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for drafting correspondence and managing social media posts
    • Resourceful and proactive anticipating needs before they arise and solving problems quickly
    • Flexibility to travel frequently and adjust to last-minute changes or evolving priorities
    • Professional trustworthy and able to handle confidential information with discretion
    • Experience in creative industries (fashion marketing media) or exposure to photoshoots events and branding projects is a strong plus
    • Familiarity with social media management and content creation is considered an asset
    • Valid drivers license for managing personal and professional errands

Location & Working Hours

    • This is a hybrid role based in Vancouver Canada and will require travel to our office.
    • At this time we are only considering candidates based in the Vancouver area for this role. We appreciate your understanding and encourage you to explore other opportunities with us in the future if youre located outside of this area.

Total Rewards

    • Annual salary ranges from $80000- $100000 CAD
