Job Summary

Warehouse Supervisor

Unitex is experiencing unprecedented growth! Due to this growth we are in search of a highly skilled Warehouse Supervisor for our plant located in Lawrence MA.

The Warehouse Supervisor will be reliable detail-oriented and hands-on whileoverseeing the day-to-day warehouse operations and supporting the entire production department. This role will be responsible for inventory management staff supervision and ensuring smooth flow of goods in and out of our facility. He or she will also manage a team of production staff drive operational excellence and play a key role in maintaining the high standards our clients expect.

Schedule:Monday - Friday 5:30AM start

MUST BE FLEXIBLE TO WORK ADDITIONAL HOURS WHEN NEEDED

Compensation: The salary range for this position is $60000 to $60000 per year. Actual compensation decisions are based on factors such as experience seniority location and other permissible job-related factors.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

Supervise daily warehouse activities including logistics stock control order picking and shipments
Order and replenish goods to maintain optimal inventory levels
Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and quality
Perform cycle counts and monitor stock levels to ensure accuracy
Manage train and schedule a team of associates
Maintain a safe clean and organized warehouse environment
Coordinate with vendors carriers and internal teams for timely deliveries
Track and report on key inventory and operational metrics
Enforce safety policies and procedures in compliance with regulations
Create monthly and weekly replacement orders
Prepare and submit reports on warehouse operations inventory levels and staff performance

Job Requirements:

Previous warehouse or logistics experience required (supervisory experience preferred)
Strong organizational and time management skills
Proficiency with inventory management systems and basic computer skills (MS Office)
Proven communication and leadership abilities
Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
Conversational Spanish skills preferred but not mandatory
