Job Title: HR Operations Specialist
Job Location: Bucharest Romania
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end leased workforce processes for local staff & Chinese expatriates
- Support recruitment control tasks and prepare reports for regional and HQ teams
- Take charge of escalations and ensure theyre resolved within SLA
- Work closely on processes like talent selection contract extensions evaluations and fee adjustments
- Build strong partnerships with HR reps suppliers and cross-functional teams
- Proactively detect risks and propose process improvements
- Collaborate with our China HQ & regional centers of excellence
- Drive digital HR transformation through automation and continuous service enhancement
- Analyze data to boost employee experience and operational quality
Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree in a relevant field
- Solid MS Office skills Excel PowerPoint
- Strong time and project management know-how
- Analytical mindset and a solution-oriented approach
- Fluent English communication (Chinese is a big plus!)
- Outstanding interpersonal negotiation and customer service skills
- Passion for data optimization and elevating the employee journey
