The job:
- Chatting with customers via phone messages & email
- Resolve queries related to orders refunds delivery and platform use
- Provide professional and empathetic customer service support across all service channels
- Follow presented response templates and quality standards
- Perform ad-hoc tasks as required by the project team
- Giving product tips & recommendations

- You speak Greek fluently
- You have strong English skills both written and spoken
- Youve got an excellent eye for the detail
