What will you do

• Handle customer inquiries via phone email and chat

• Solve customer issues with empathy and professionalism

• Ensure high-quality service and maintain customer satisfaction

• Perform data entry and use internal software systems

• Communicate effectively in Spanish while using English as a working language

• Collaborate with your team to ensure service goals are met

Candidate profile

• Native or near-native Spanish speaker (C2 level)

• Conversational English skills

• Strong communication courtesy and interpersonal skills

• Time management and multitasking ability

• Comfortable working in teams

• Willingness to work in shifts

• Basic software and computer skills
