We are seeking a dynamic Senior Product Manager to join our Global Marketing team. This role will lead product strategy market preparation and execution for a key product portfolio with responsibility for defining the global roadmap executing physician and patient awareness campaigns and driving adoption through effective marketing initiatives.
Lead global product strategy including positioning messaging segmentation targeting development of support tools promotional programs and tracking of post-launch performance metrics.
Develop and execute direct-to-patient campaigns through an omni-channel marketing approach with full ownership of campaign metrics and results.
Collaborate with upstream marketing to identify new opportunities for product portfolio expansion KOL engagement and pipeline development.
Partner with marketing communications agencies and creative teams to deliver targeted campaigns ads and promotional materials.
Align with cross-portfolio marketing leads to ensure consistent messaging physician education and support for conferences congresses and other key events.
Partner with the field sales organization to support physician engagement case observations program development and relationship building.
Create and deliver marketing collateral including sales aids digital ads economic models and patient-facing content to support regional and global teams.
Develop social and digital strategies to generate awareness educate patients and drive engagement with product information platforms.
Work cross-functionally with Clinical Regulatory Operations Supply Chain and R&D teams to ensure alignment on overall marketing strategy.
Support training and education initiatives for both sales professionals and physicians ensuring clear understanding of product messaging and value proposition.
Define and manage global conference strategies including KOL management podium presentations booth themes and lead generation initiatives.
Bachelor s degree in Business Marketing Communications or related field.
8 years of experience in medical device or pharmaceutical marketing.
Proven ability to analyze market data identify trends and translate insights into actionable strategies.
Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence and align cross-functional stakeholders.
Demonstrated success in implementing print social and digital marketing campaigns with measurable results.
Willingness to travel up to 25% domestically and internationally.
