Job Summary
AI HR Dojo is a premier hands-on training program designed for HR professionals ready to lead the AI revolution within their organizations.
In just 8 weeks youll transform from AI-curious to AI-confident by building real projects for your portfolio not just listening to lectures.
We are launching our founding Pre-Launch Cohort (12 seats only) this October.
Tasks
Over 8 weeks you will design and deploy real AI projects such as:
- HR Policy Chatbot to reduce repetitive employee questions
- Intelligent Candidate Summarizer to cut resume review time from hours to minutes
- Automation templates for onboarding and HR data cleanup
- Just-in-time solutions for unique HR challenges
- Work-related AI tools deployable at your current job or for clients
Each project becomes part of your career portfolio demonstrating immediate business value.
Requirements
(Ideal Candidates)
- 5 years of HR experience (HRBP Talent Acquisition People Analytics or HR Operations)
- Currently employed but seeking to expand capabilities
- Comfortable with technology (no coding required)
- Able to commit 57 hours weekly for skill transformation
- Ready to lead AI adoption within their organization
