Job Summary

Job Description:

Dispense prescription and over-the-counter (OTC) medications accurately and efficiently.
Counsel patients on proper medication usage dosage possible side effects and interactions.
Ensure prescriptions are valid complete and comply with regulatory requirements.
Maintain accurate records of prescriptions controlled substances and patient profiles.
Monitor inventory check expiry dates and manage stock of medicines and healthcare products.
Guide patients on health wellness and preventive care.
Coordinate with doctors and healthcare professionals regarding prescriptions and treatment plans.
Comply with legal ethical and professional standards of pharmacy practice.
Manage pharmacy operations including billing cash handling and insurance claims (if applicable).
Provide first aid and emergency medicines when required.
