Job Description
MW Partners is currently seeking a Training Specialist to work for our client who is a well known leading utilities company.
Responsibilities and duties:
- Format and produce learning materials (eLearning modules facilitator guides participant workbooks job aids etc.) using:
- Adobe InDesign (primary tool)
- Articulate Storyline
- Microsoft PowerPoint
- Apply and maintain consistency with established visual and instructional design standards set by the Creative Director.
- Collaborate with project managers and instructional designers to ensure timely delivery of assets.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously balancing quality with efficiency.
- Conduct light quality assurance (QA) checks to ensure formatting accuracy and functionality.
- Maintain organized file structures and version control for all deliverables.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent professional experience in a related field.
- Expert-level proficiency in:
- Adobe InDesign (Adobe Creative Suite)
- Articulate Storyline
- Microsoft PowerPoint
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow design templates and brand/style guidelines.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
- Strong organizational and file management skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Desired Skills
- Experience working in Learning & Development education or corporate training environments.
- Prior experience as an Instructional Designer or Learning Experience Designer.
- Familiarity with accessibility standards (e.g. WCAG) in learning content.
