Job Summary: (Business Analyst with expertise in high-value payments and ISO 20022 CBPR standards)

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst specializing in high-value payments with in-depth knowledge of ISO 20022 CBPR standards. The candidate will be responsible for analyzing business requirements improving payment workflows and facilitating the adoption of ISO 20022 for high-value transaction systems.

Must-Have Skills & Experience:

Proven expertise in the Payments domain specifically in high-value payments processing.
Hands-on experience with ISO 20022 payment messaging formats including MX pacs.008 pacs.009 pacs.004 and pacs.002 messages.
Knowledge of settlement methods defined in ISO 20022 (pacs.008).
Exposure to US payment systems such as FedWire and CHIPS clearing.
Strong understanding of SWIFT MT and the differences between SWIFT MT and ISO 20022 message standards.
Ability to gather document and analyze business requirements related to payment systems.
Experience collaborating with stakeholders to implement ISO 20022 CBPR standards.
Capability to support testing validation and user training for payment solutions.
Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics (APPS) and business analysis technical skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze and document business workflows and identify process improvements in high-value payment systems.
Drive the adoption and implementation of ISO 20022 CBPR standards across payment processing platforms.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders for smooth project execution.
Facilitate testing validation and training activities for new payment processes and systems.
