Job Summary: (Business Analyst with expertise in high-value payments and ISO 20022 CBPR standards)
We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst specializing in high-value payments with in-depth knowledge of ISO 20022 CBPR standards. The candidate will be responsible for analyzing business requirements improving payment workflows and facilitating the adoption of ISO 20022 for high-value transaction systems.
Must-Have Skills & Experience:
- Proven expertise in the Payments domain specifically in high-value payments processing.
- Hands-on experience with ISO 20022 payment messaging formats including MX pacs.008 pacs.009 pacs.004 and pacs.002 messages.
- Knowledge of settlement methods defined in ISO 20022 (pacs.008).
- Exposure to US payment systems such as FedWire and CHIPS clearing.
- Strong understanding of SWIFT MT and the differences between SWIFT MT and ISO 20022 message standards.
- Ability to gather document and analyze business requirements related to payment systems.
- Experience collaborating with stakeholders to implement ISO 20022 CBPR standards.
- Capability to support testing validation and user training for payment solutions.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics (APPS) and business analysis technical skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and document business workflows and identify process improvements in high-value payment systems.
- Drive the adoption and implementation of ISO 20022 CBPR standards across payment processing platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders for smooth project execution.
- Facilitate testing validation and training activities for new payment processes and systems.

- Candidate should be available for onsite work in Cary NC.- Must
