Job Summary
Introduction
POSITION: Payroll Officer
INDUSTRY: Engineering
SALARIES: Up to R600k p/a
AREA: East Rand Gauteng

Duties & Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Accurate payroll processing of employee remuneration
- Assist with compilation of reports for payment of third-party items
- Compile and analyse reports and data for processing and line management review
- Maintain employee records and resolve any payroll related payroll queries
- Perform duties at highest standard of integrity and adhere to confidentiality requirements
- Compliance to legislation policies and procedures to ensure zero audit findings
- Participation and assistance during audit periods
- Continuous improvement to identify and implement approved solutions for accuracy
- Keep abreast of payroll legislation requirements and best practice
Desired Experience & Qualification
Qualifications & Experience required:
- Matric
- A relevant formal qualification at tertiary level
- Minimum of 5 years experience in the payroll environment
Package & Remuneration
SALARIES: Up to R600k p/a
