Role Description:
As a Client Executive in Risk Management at Marsh Sweden youll be at the forefront of supporting large clients across various industries. Youll work closely with a talented team identifying key decision makers and uncovering client needs and underlying risks. Your days will be filled with dynamic collaboration as you craft tailored solutions that address business objectives and compliance requirements. Youll have the chance to expand accounts and build lasting relationships all while representing Marsh at industry events and this role youll grow your professional network stay close to the market and contribute to a culture that values diversity inclusion and work-life balance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients understanding their insurance needs.
- Drive business growth by identifying and pursuing opportunities to expand services and add value.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions for large global and complex projects.
- Identify analyze and assess potential risks recommending appropriate mitigation strategies.
- Apply creative problem-solving and a proactive mindset to address the unique challenges that arise in complex assignments.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent in business finance law or related field.
- Proven experience in insurance preferably within a broker role.
- Client-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

- Advanced degree or professional certifications within risk management.
- Expertise in casualty and/or property insurance.
- Experience in client-facing roles preferably in consulting or advisory capacity.
- Proven ability to achieve targets and deliver exceptional client service.
- Demonstrated ability to proactively tackle complex project challenges with creative solutions especially within large and global assignments.
