Responsibilities
Under general supervision this position supports the training team and leaders in activities and initiatives aimed at providing and maintaining learning and development content to team members. The People Development Intern will assist the training team with various aspects of E-Learning supporting with Virtual Instructor Led Training and curriculum maintenance.
Internship to start January 2026.
Competitive pay starting at $20/hr.
We do not interview or hire students in F-1 or J-1 status and will not sponsor them for work visas.
Qualifications
Required Skills/Experience:
- Must be currently enrolled as a student pursuing a degree from an accredited college or university.
- Successful completion of an analytics course required.
- Working knowledge of Excel Word and PowerPoint. Experience with Visio or other visualization tools preferred. Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interface with credit union personnel.
- Must be able to work independently.
Physical Demands:
- Ability to move freely (standing stooping walking bending pushing and pulling) and lift up to a maximum of 25 pounds without assistance (or with reasonable accommodation).
- Must be able to sit for extended periods of time.
- Must be able to read write speak and type English.
- Must be able to hear and use a telephone.
- Use of computer requires repetitive keystrokes.
Work Environment:
- This is a hybrid opportunity mostly remote reports to Grow Headquarters in Tampa FL 2 days per week.
- As part of your week you may occasionally travel between various Grow locations.
