Were on the lookout for a Senior Rewards Specialist to join our Rewards team and lead the charge in designing and delivering innovative rewards.

As a key member of our Rewards team you will:

Lead and manage complex reward projects from concept to execution ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines.
Drive position evaluation processes using established methodologies (e.g. Mercer Hay or similar) ensuring consistency and fairness across the organization.
Champion pay transparency helping us evolve our compensation philosophy and practices to reflect openness equity and trust.
Collaborate with HR Business Partners and senior leaders to provide strategic guidance on job architecture benchmarking and compensation frameworks.
Analyze market trends and internal data to inform reward decisions and support talent attraction and retention.
Contribute to the development of global reward policies and tools that scale with our growth.

Personal Requirements:

Several years of proven experience in total rewards or compensation & benefits with a strong focus on project management and position evaluation.
Deep understanding of job grading systems and market benchmarking tools ideally with experience in/familiarity with the Mercer job evaluation method.
A passion for pay equity and transparency with a track record of implementing or supporting related initiatives.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills you can influence and inspire at all levels.
Dedicated to working in international environments
Fluent in English.
