Key Accountabilities

Performance Management

• L&S Optimize variable costs for TbM Ops products.
• L&S Accountable for understanding regional variable unit cost (VUC) per product.
• L&S Present monthly performance to leadership.
• L&S Drive regional standardization.
• L&S Ensure delivery and follow-up on financials and secure sign-off on productivity processes for TbM products.
• L&S Responsible for driving performance management across key TbM Ops KPIs.
• L&S Proactively identify and correct deviations in critical performance areas through an action-oriented framework.
• MARKET Organize and conduct standard performance reviews to evaluate past and current performance plan market growth and profitability actions with the Market Team and measure the outcomes of the same
• MARKET Identify and act on opportunities to improve the execution of business processes collaboration etc.

Partnering

• L&S Identify innovative ways to add value to the organization by constructively challenging the status quo.
• L&S Facilitate seamless financial collaboration between LAM region TbM Ops organization and central functions.
• L&S Build support for initiatives through behind-the-scenes engagement and by encouraging stakeholder involvement to ensure ownership and commitment.
• L&S Influence decision-making by presenting accurate and impactful financial data.
• L&S Conduct monthly productivity reviews providing actionable insights to drive business improvements.
• MARKET Act as a trusted advisor to the ocean market leadership team providing guidance and support to optimize volume revenue and yield.
• MARKET Support strategic initiatives and projects including market expansion pricing strategies and cost optimization efforts.
• MARKET Serve as a funnel of information to the ocean market team through meaningful participation and collaboration with internal stakeholders
• MARKET Identify and evaluate new business opportunities assessing their financial viability and potential risks.
• MARKET Conduct monthly market share research to understand competitor behaviors and market trends.
