What Youll Be Doing
- Coaching and mentoring Territory and Area Sales Managers
- Recruiting top sales talent and building high-performing teams
- Driving lead generation and emotional sales closings
- Performing product demos and cross-selling across product lines
- Building relationships with key healthcare providers and associations
- Reporting pipeline activity and sales metrics via Salesforce
