Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your leadership and coordination expertise in a cutting-edge field. Youll work alongside dynamic and collaborative teammates.
Youll play a key role in ensuring the successful execution of allocated sub-system scopes of work contributing to overall project performance and driving alignment across stakeholders. Day-to-day youll work closely with teams across the business (engineering procurement supply chain and RAMS) monitor project progress and ensure compliance with applicable rules and standards and much more.
Youll specifically take care of planning monitoring and managing sub-system activities end-to-end but also lead cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.

Applying project strategy according to contractual commitments and targets for sub-systems
Timely identifying deviations impacting project objectives and managing risks savings and opportunities
Ensuring compliance with applicable rules instructions and standards
Achieving Quality Cost Delivery and Performance (QCDP) objectives for sub-systems
Coordinating and supporting consistent cross-functional execution of sub-system deliverables
Managing interfaces with project-level and train-level teams to ensure alignment

Degree in engineering project management or a related field
Experience or understanding of sub-system management in complex projects
Knowledge of Quality Cost Delivery and Performance (QCDP) principles
Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools
A certification in project management (e.g. PMP PRINCE2) is a plus
Strong leadership and coordination skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
