Deputy Nurse Manager (RGN/RMN) Nursing Home

Salary: Up to 50000

Looking for your next step in nursing leadership This luxury care home offers nursing residential and dementia care in a beautiful setting and is seeking a passionate Deputy Nurse Manager to help lead its dedicated team.

With a strong reputation for providing outstanding person-centred care the home is now looking for a confident nurse leader who can combine clinical expertise with a supportive management style. If you are an RGN or RMN with nursing home experience and the drive to make a real impact this could be the perfect opportunity.

  • NMC Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN).
  • Proven leadership experience within a nursing home setting.
  • Strong clinical skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Effective communication organisational and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to motivate and support a multidisciplinary team.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional person-centred care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Home Manager in the day-to-day running of the nursing home.
  • Lead mentor and inspire the nursing and care teams.
  • Oversee clinical practices including medication management and care planning.
  • Maintain high standards of care safety and compliance at all times.
  • Build strong positive relationships with residents families and external professionals.
  • Promote dignity independence and wellbeing for every resident.
  • Drive continuous improvement in line with regulatory standards.
