Deputy Nurse Manager (RGN/RMN) Nursing Home
Salary: Up to 50000

- NMC Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN).
- Proven leadership experience within a nursing home setting.
- Strong clinical skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Effective communication organisational and decision-making skills.
- Ability to motivate and support a multidisciplinary team.
- Passion for delivering exceptional person-centred care.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Home Manager in the day-to-day running of the nursing home.
- Lead mentor and inspire the nursing and care teams.
- Oversee clinical practices including medication management and care planning.
- Maintain high standards of care safety and compliance at all times.
- Build strong positive relationships with residents families and external professionals.
- Promote dignity independence and wellbeing for every resident.
- Drive continuous improvement in line with regulatory standards.
