Job Description
Gilsbar is on the hunt for a passionate client-focused Property & Casualty Account Manager to join our fast-growing team. If youre ready to build lasting relationships deliver world-class service and help clients protect what matters most this is your chance!
Job Duties:
- Support producers by handling administrative tasks such as quoting new business and gathering renewal information.
- Deliver exceptional customer service through phone email and written correspondence on all matters related to new business renewals and policy changes.
- Assess client needs quickly and accurately to ensure timely and effective solutions.
- Advise clients on premiums billing terms and payment schedules for new and renewed policies while monitoring and tracking payments.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent (GED).
- 1-2 years of related experience preferred.
- Valid Drivers License and Property & Casualty (P&C) License required.
- Proficient verbal and non-verbal communication skills; able to read and interpret documents and produce correspondence.
