Position Overview:
The SAP S/4 HANA Analyst (BRIM) will play a key role in the implementation and support of UBOS with a focus on high-volume consumption-based billing and Order-to-Cash processes. This role requires deep SAP-BRIM expertise hands-on configuration skills and the ability to lead workshops testing and end-to-end business process transformation.

Duties:

Lead workshops to gather and document requirements including Agile product backlogs service blueprints features user stories development tasks test scenarios and RICEFs.
Act as client liaison for development and testing of billing user stories through development SIT UAT and hypercare.
Serve as Subject Matter Expert for BRIM-specific processes and procedures.
Lead and support testing activities including SIT UAT integration testing training workshops and readiness documentation.
Create business process documentation and technical/functional designs as required.
Provide SAP-BRIM functional support through hypercare and post go-live phases.
Conduct root cause analysis for system and data defects ensuring resolution.
Support billing validation and data migration/conversion analysis.
Fully document designs test plans impact analyses lessons learned and best practices.
Develop and maintain relationships with technology staff business sponsors vendors and stakeholders.
Lead and participate in project team activities related to enterprise system work efforts.
Work independently to complete assigned tasks adhering to standards policies and procedures.
Utilize various software and technology tools to perform job duties.

Required Skills:

Bachelors degree in business management or information systems or equivalent experience.
15 years of expertise in Billing and SAP BRIM across multiple implementation projects.
Expertise in end-to-end Order-to-Cash business process design and implementation.
Proven experience leading workshops documenting requirements and writing functional specifications.
Hands-on configuration expertise in SAP-BRIM CC CM CI (pricing rating billing invoicing).
Hands-on configuration expertise in SAP-FICA (dunning collections).
Experience with automation testing for SAP-BRIM implementations.
Strong understanding of B2B contracts in billing/financial systems.
Experience with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
Real-world experience managing global billing operations.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and Microsoft ADO Testing Module.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with Enterprise Business Solutions specifically SAP projects.
Knowledge of ITIL / ITSM practices and methodologies.
Equivalent combination of advanced education and/or related experience.
