Job Title: Oracle SCM Functional Consultant - Order Management
Location : Watsonville CA - Hybrid/Open for remote
Role Summary:
The Oracle SCM Functional Consultant will lead functional requirements solution design configuration implementation and ongoing support of Oracle Fusion SCM applications. The role involves close collaboration with IT teams and business stakeholders to deliver effective and scalable supply chain solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define functional requirements configure modules and design end-to-end SCM solutions.
- Partner with IT and business teams to prioritize and execute application enhancements and projects.
- Lead business analysis activities including requirements gathering process mapping documentation and scope definition.
- Collaborate with cross-functional business units to align technology solutions with business goals.
- Provide clarification and guidance to project development and support teams throughout the solution lifecycle.
- Assess feasibility of business requests based on existing systems data structures and Oracle capabilities.
- Ensure high-quality implementation of Oracle Fusion ERP SCM functionalities.
- Configure and support Oracle Fusion modules including Procurement Order Management Supplier Management and Inventory Management.
- Apply strong supply chain process knowledge to solution design and improvements.
- Utilize MS Office tools (Excel PowerPoint Word Access) for documentation and analysis.
- Support full lifecycle SCM implementations from design to deployment.
- Leverage strong business acumen and IT expertise to drive value-added solutions.
- Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Advanced proficiency in Oracle Fusion ERP SCM modules.
- Strong understanding of supply chain business processes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proven experience in full lifecycle implementations within SCM.
- Strong analytical documentation and stakeholder engagement skills.
