Client Administrative Assistant Wealth Management
A boutique wealth management firm is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Client Administrative Assistant to join the team. This role is integral to enhancing the client experience by providing exceptional operational and administrative support to Financial Advisors. The position offers a dynamic environment where precision professionalism and client satisfaction are paramount.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide operational and administrative support to Advisors and Relationship Managers.
- Schedule and coordinate in-person meetings and virtual conferences.
- Manage tasks within client relationship management software.
- Document and execute workflows including meeting notes and database updates.
- Process fund requests account applications transfers and other client/account-related needs.
- Respond to client inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelors degree preferred or equivalent experience in a professional services or financial setting.
- Minimum of 3 years in an administrative support role preferably in financial services or wealth management.
- Familiarity with client relationship management (CRM) software.
- Proven experience managing client-facing tasks with a high level of accuracy and professionalism.
- Experience supporting high-net-worth clientele preferred.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook PowerPoint).
- Ability to learn and follow established systems processes and workflows.
- Positive attitude resourcefulness and strong problem-solving skills.
- High attention to detail and commitment to excellence.
- Dependable with a team-oriented mindset.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Salary range: $55000 $65000 (based on experience).
