Join our dynamicInvoice to Cash (I2C)team where youll contribute to efficient receivables management process improvement and risk assessment. If youre passionate about learning problem-solving and working in a collaborative environment this role is for you!
Manage the collection of trade receivables for assigned companies within the market (Switzerland).
Actively participate in Invoice to Cash process improvement projects driving efficiency and effectiveness.
Set and review credit limits for customers collaborating closely with Sales Management Credit Control and senior stakeholders.
Monitor and support the improvement of overdue debts ensuring collection effectiveness.
Provide well-documented risk advice to senior management and the sales department assessing internal and external factors.
Produce monthly reports for the analysis of aged debt and overdue payments.
Fluency in English and German.
SAP and Excel experience is essential; knowledge of Microsoft D365 or AX is a nice to have.
Strong communication skills to handle frequent interactions with customers.
Analytical mindset with excellent organizational skills to manage a portfolio and prioritize tasks efficiently.
