Product Analyst Intern
A 6-month internal internship with TIGs Technology Team!
Location: LATAM
The impact you will make:
As our Product Analyst Intern you will play a critical role in ensuring our platform delivers exceptional experiences for thousands of students and partner organizations worldwide directly the career journeys of thousands of students globally.
Working within our innovative technology team youll learn how to conduct comprehensive quality assurance against a modern technology stack driving analytical projects and collecting requirements for new system & product features. This role offers the perfect blend of technical testing data analysis and strategic project ownership in a remote-first environment that values flexibility and professional growth.
Youre excited about working here because youll:
- Monitor platform performance through automated reports and dashboards identify data inconsistencies and implement corrective actions to maintain data integrity and operational efficiency.
- Conduct comprehensive testing processes including UAT coordination test script development and cross-functional testing initiatives. Support management of testing environments and coordinate with development teams to ensure quality deliverables.
- Triage platform issues create detailed user stories and bug reports in Jira coordinate with development teams for resolution and provide ongoing support to internal teams.
- Work closely with UX/UI teams on design requirements coordinate with various departments to ensure platform adoption and serve as the primary point of contact for platform-related inquiries.
Were excited about you working here because you have/are:
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in any discipline with demonstrated interest technology software development and product management
- Experience with Quality Assurance (preferred but not a requirement)
- Basic understanding of testing methodologies with willingness to develop expertise in modern testing approaches (preferred but not a requirement)
- Experience with data analysis through coursework projects or prior internships (SQL knowledge preferred but not required)
- Strong analytical mindset with ability to identify patterns and troubleshoot complex problems
Logistical Requirements:
- Home office space as we are a remote-first company
- A personal computer to work from
