The Role
Mach Industries is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to join our groundbreaking new division Mach Propulsion. The role covers the development of a highly automated manufacturing process for small turbojet engines. We are on a mission to deliver high-performance small turbine engines at scale needed by rethinking the fundamentals to enable high-rate scalable manufacturing. This is an opportunity to shape the future of propulsion from the ground up and it takes the best people to make that happen. Key Responsibilities
Develop the manufacturing process select appropriate tools and suppliers design the manufacturing floor plan.
Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to enhance product quality.
Support the assembly and testing of machines and equipment as necessary.
Team leadership to build the production team.
Required Qualifications
BS in Manufacturing Mechanical Industrial Engineering or related field.
5 years in rapid product development environment.
Be knowledgeable of safety quality productivity demand creation inventory and stewardship processes.
Proficiency in NX for product design and engineering.
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and methodologies.
Must be a U.S. Person due to required access to U.S. export-controlled information or facilities.
Preferred Qualifications
Defense product development military experience or high precision parts manufacturing.
Builder mentality you are driven to create and improve not just maintain the status quo.
Strong coaching and mentoring skills with ability to develop scientific thinking in others as well as help teams to develop efficient tools and processes for success.

The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offers may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience education and training critical skills and business considerations. Highly competitive equity grants are included in most offers and are considered part of Machs total compensation package.
