Sodexo Live! is currently accepting applications for Hospitality Cashier - Quick Serve at the Mote Marine Laboratory and Aquarium Sarasota Florida
The Hospitality Cashier - Quick Serve is responsible for ensuring that guests receive an exceptional level of service by assisting guests at points of sale. This position typically exists within a sporting or events area or in a Convention Center with retail food and beverage stands and kiosks. Style of service may include take-away cafeteria-style restaurant-style or in-seat service format. The Hospitality Cashier - Quick Serves top priority will be to ensure that the Sodexo Live!s standards for handling credit card transactions are consistently executed.
QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS:
Required:
- Flexible working schedule includes nights weekends and holidays.
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
- Must be able to communicate well with direct supervisors clients and other staff.
- Understanding of service standards.
- Familiar with all standards policies and procedures per company and client/building.
- Answer customers questions and provide information
- Participate in and foster positive team relations with wait staff fellow cashiers other Quick Serve department employees and management.
- Be fully knowledgeable of Quick Serve menu to assist guests with questions.
- Comply with Health Department regulations and requirements as well as Sodexo Lives standards for sanitation.
NOTE: Other requirements will be discussed during the interview.

Pay: $18.00 - $19.00
