Full-Time Commission Base Clean Energy Sales
Location: Oklahoma City OK
Generator Supercenter Inc. is North Americas #1 Generac dealer and a rapidly growing provider of renewable energy solutions. We specialize in cutting-edge solar energy storage and backup power technologies that help homeowners gain energy independence and save on utility costs.
- Prospect qualify and close new residential generator sales
- Educate homeowners on the financial and environmental benefits generator systems
- Conduct site evaluations and gather technical data for proposal generation
- Prepare and present professional tailored proposals to potential customers
- Collaborate with engineering operations and permitting teams to ensure a smooth handoff from sale to installation
- Maintain CRM records track leads and report progress to management
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- One weekend a month (saturdays) at our retail partners - promoting generator sales
Qualifications
- 1 years of proven experience in residential sales energy storage or renewable energy solutions
- Strong interpersonal negotiation and closing skills
- Comfortable conducting in-home consultations and site assessments
- Self-motivated goal-oriented and able to work independently
- Proficient with CRM platforms and sales proposal tools
- Bachelors degree in Business Environmental Studies or related field (preferred)
- Valid drivers license and willingness to travel for client appointments
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with local utility rebate programs net metering and solar incentives
- Familiarity with sales platforms such as Aurora Solo or Sighten
- NABCEP certification or equivalent industry training a plus
