Job Description

Location: Warsaw Poland (Hybrid)

Key Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Administer and maintain QMS training in the global Learning Management System (LMS).
  • Support QMS Training Process Owners Document Owners and Line Managers by maintaining training structures.
  • Create or revise training audiences in LMS and provide training reports as requested.
  • Support the document control system in alignment with global QMS requirements.
  • Ensure proper creation review approval distribution and archival of controlled documents.
  • Monitor document lifecycle activities (reviews revisions obsolescence) to maintain accuracy and compliance.
  • Provide guidance and technical support to employees on document management processes and tools.
  • Maintain metadata version control and access rights for QMS documents.
  • Generate compliance performance reports on document status and training completion.
  • Prepare documentation for audits and inspections.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of QMS processes templates and workflows

More about you

  • University degree required.
  • Additional qualifications in Learning & Development or Quality Assurance are a plus.
  • Proven experience in LMS or QMS administration.
  • Experience working in a regulated industry preferred.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Fluent in English
