Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Product Analyst to join our global technology team responsible for building and managing a large-scale broking platform. This role is pivotal in bridging business needs with engineering execution ensuring that product features are shaped and delivered effectively.
The Role - Overview
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs pain points and strategic goals.
- Requirement Definition: Work closely with engineering teams to shape document and refine product requirements.
- Product Communication: Organise and facilitate regular product show-and-tell sessions to showcase progress and gather feedback.
- Feedback Management: Collate and analyse feedback from end users to inform product improvements and prioritisation.
- Agile Delivery: Operate within agile product teams contributing to release planning backlog prioritisation and iterative delivery.
- Feature Ownership: Take accountability for the shaping and delivery of product features ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical feasibility.
Qualifications
The Requirement
- Proven experience working in agile product teams within a large-scale enterprise environment.
- All-Inclusive background in product analysis requirement gathering and stakeholder management.
- Familiarity with broking platforms or financial technology products is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills with the ability to translate complex business needs into actionable technical requirements.
- Desirable Skills
- Experience with tools such as Azure DevOps.
- Understanding of enterprise architecture and integration patterns.
- Ability to work across time zones and cultures in a global team setting.
