Job Summary
Join our Client Reporting team within Legal & Generals Asset Management division where we deliver high-quality reporting services across global mandates. This role is integral to providing exceptional client service and ensuring accurate timely reporting that supports our diverse investment capabilities. What youll be doing:
- Managing end-to-end production and delivery of daily weekly monthly and quarterly client reports
- Collating and delivering accurate data and factsheets to clients consultants and third parties
- Producing reporting outputs for a wide range of investment vehicles and platforms
- Learning and applying systems processes and controls to maintain data accuracy and timeliness
- Coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve queries and deliver client changes
- Monitoring competitor activity and regulatory requirements across multiple regions
- Updating and reviewing procedures controls and documentation to mitigate risk
- Supporting team flexibility by sharing knowledge and upskilling colleagues
Qualifications :
Who were looking for:
- Experience in asset management or a related financial services environment
- Strong understanding of investment vehicles and strategies
- Proven ability to produce accurate reporting outputs for internal and external stakeholders
- Excellent relationship-building skills with stakeholders at all levels
- High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel and other relevant IT tools
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Degree-level education or equivalent experience
