Your Tasks
Product Development & Project Execution
He/sheindependently explore initiate propose and lead new ideas based onChinaand global consumer insight to develop innovative formula with strong technical expertise and lead formula development process
He/sheindependently develop new product according to the marketing requirement the quality of new formulas and packaging compatibility passed the test according to internal processes and standards the pilot and trial production for the new formulas carried out production process files made new products can be produced in plant successfully.Collaboration with other related functional team (clinical/safety micro/pkg etc.)to ensure OTIF product launch.
He/sheplans/designs/manages/execute complex IIM projects/tasks with good project management skill to be launched according to internal process guidelines in cooperation with cross functional partners and his line manager in the region and global.
The JH is responsible for ascientifically correctand always up-to-date documentation and reporting of her/his results.
Development in Knowledge
The JH improvesand updates her/his professional knowledge byregularly andindependently studyingliterature exploring new technologies and new raw material solutions.
The JH self-initiatively presents project results and important findings and developments regularly to a larger group of interest
Your Profile
- Masters degreeor abovein naturalsciences e.g. chemistry biology physics medicine pharmacy chemical engineering mechanical engineering etc);
- 5 years of formulation experience in cosmetic skin care category scale-up /technical transfer/ manufacturing experience is a plusfamiliarity with leave-on formulas.
- Excellent project management communication andleadership skill. Ability of quick adaptation.
- Consumer centric global entrepreneur mindset
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Interculturalawareness and competence
- Promotes collaboration among functions to ensure collective performance
- Good AI skills is a plus
