Job Description
Position Summary:
This position is accountable for developing and implementing strategic area sales plans and forecasts to achieve business objectives for CMD instruments (IC LC LC-QQQ GC GC-QQQ DFS Orbitrap AA ICP ICP-MS and Sample Prep) selling.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for generating existing and/or new sales for assigned named accounts or assigned geographic territory scientific research markets or for identifying and recruiting strategic partners to embed and/or resell company CMD products.
- Promotes and sells products and/or solutions to current or new customers/partners and informs customers of new product introductions.
- Creates monitors and revises lead generation plans.
- Responsible for developing customers and maintaining their satisfaction.
- Maintains positive ongoing long-term relationships with key customers. Leads projects requiring coordination with other functions organizations
- Solves a broad range of problems of varying scope and complexity
- Proactively acts to understand customer needs and identify solutions to non-standard tasks/queries; actively creates business opportunities
- Determines and develops approaches to sales assignments to achieve quota/ strategies
Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:
- Bachelors or masters degree in Analytical Chemistry Environmental Science or Food Science.
- Minimum 5 years solid industry experience which combining diversified experience includes but not limited to sales channel management etc. Familiar with Analysis market key industry companies preferred.
- Can manage multi-projects efficiently; plan and perform work in accordance with client requirements and professional standards.
- Independent negotiate with channel partners within given guidelines and objectives
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- High level presentation skills strong communication problem-solving negotiation and influencing skills
