About the Opportunity

Join Baptcares PMO team as a Full Time Governance & Systems Development Coordinator where youll play a key role in strengthening our operational frameworks and technology systems. Based in Camberwell this position offers the chance to make a meaningful impact on how we deliver essential services to our community.

In this role youll work closely with the PMO team to enhance governance processes and drive systems improvements that support our mission of caring for people across their lifetime. Youll be responsible for developing and maintaining robust frameworks that ensure compliance efficiency and quality in everything we do.

What Youll Do

  • Develop and implement governance frameworks and policies that support organizational objectives
  • Coordinate systems development projects from planning through to implementation
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across different departments to identify improvement opportunities
  • Monitor compliance with regulatory requirements and internal standards
  • Prepare reports and documentation for leadership and governance committees
  • Support training and change management initiatives related to new systems and processes

What Were Looking For

  • Our system is Smartsheet - we need only applicants with Smartsheet configuration experience.
  • Experience in governance compliance or systems development
  • Strong project coordination and analytical skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Proficiency with database systems and reporting tools
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining strong collaborative relationships
