Job Summary
We are looking for aCasual Function & Event Supervisor at the Strathfield Golf Club. This opportunity is ideal for individuals who are passionate about managing great customer experiences in functions events & bistro dining. A strong background in hospitality supervision is essential.

The Role
- Casual position with flexible working hours between Monday - Sunday (mainly daytime shifts)
- Lead and manage events across multiple spaces
- Oversee all service aspects from setup to service to pack down
- Supervise a team of skilled waitstaff and bartenders
- Act as the primary client liaison throughout the event
- Collaborate closely with the culinary team to ensure seamless service
- Maintain high standards of communication and professionalism

What were Looking For
- 612 months previous experience as a Head Waiter or Venue Supervisor
- Must have previous function experience
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and a can-do attitude
- Passion for creating memorable event experiences
Youll also bring:
- Strong knowledge and enthusiasm for food and beverage
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Valid RSA certification
