How youll contribute
A Finacial Analyst who excels in this role:
Assists in site-based data entry and reporting activities including performing expense revenue allocations variance & trend analysis profit /cost center analysis.
Performs daily charge reconciliation.
Prepares non-recurring journal entries.
Avoids legal challenges by complying with legal requirements.
Protects organizations value by keeping information confidential.
Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
Maintains regular and reliable attendance.
Performs other duties as assigned.

What were looking for
Applicants should have a bachelors degree in Finance or Accounting (accounting preferred). Degree requirements may be waived with applicable experience. Additional requirements include:
One year of experience in financial statement preparation and strong technical and computer experience.
Previous health care and general ledger experience preferred.
Must have strong organizational analytical and objective problem solving skills.
Team oriented mentality with flexibility to accommodate a variety of circumstances while maintaining ownership and accountability of goals.
