Location: Irving TX (Onsite)
Schedule: Monday-Friday 9 AM - 5 PM
Duration: 91 days (Expected: Nov 23 2025 - Feb 22 2026)
Hours: 40 hours per week
Compensation: $20.05/hr

Position Summary
A healthcare organization is seeking an experienced Patient Financial Representative - Senior to support its Revenue Cycle division in an onsite capacity. The ideal candidate will bring strong hospital billing experience familiarity with insurance claim requirements and knowledge of UB-04 and HCFA 1500 billing processes. This role ensures timely account resolution proper documentation and collaborative support across the Revenue Cycle team.
Key Responsibilities

Perform Revenue Cycle functions that meet or exceed departmental quality and productivity expectations.

Collect review and provide patient and payor information to support accurate account resolution.

Respond to verbal and written inquiries regarding patient accounts.

Reconcile outstanding patient account balances and ensure timely processing.

Support all assigned processes within the Revenue Cycle division efficiently and accurately.

Collaborate with team members to support both internal and external customers.
Requirements

Experience:

3-5 years in a multi-facility hospital business office environment.

Experience with insurance claims or hospital billing operations.

Strong working knowledge of UB-04 and HCFA 1500 billing requirements for inpatient and outpatient claims.
