POSITION SUMMARY:
The CLUB Marketing Specialist 1 is responsible for analysis and execution of CLUB acquisition activation and retention strategies. This role leads small to medium scale projects and execute new and existing activities that support overall strategies.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Analyze existing marketing strategies to identify opportunities to enhance CLUB acquisition activation and retention.
- Creates and reviews reports and analysis to determine how key business drivers can be manipulated through marketing programs and/or enhanced operations.
- Analyzes develops and executes marketing processes to support marketing strategies.
- Identifies and executes process improvements and maintains accurate documentation of processes.
- Ensures effective and efficient integration with other business units.
- Develops and manages projects through development and execution of project plans and timelines.
- Manages project expenses to budget.
- Develops creative and copy to support projects oversee communication plan to customers and integration with brand management strategies.
- Develops and maintains relationships with internal (ie: Merchandising Marketing Creative CLUB Retail) and external partners through regular proactive communication.
- Coordinates and executes training on projects.
- Ensures project and process compliance with all relevant regulations and enhance with business trend knowledge.
EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum Degree Required:Bachelors Degree
- Preferred Degree: Degree in Marketing or related
- Years of experience:One year
KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITY:
- Analysis and project management experience preferred
- Strong communication (written and verbal) mediation (conflict resolution) and facilitation skills
- Self starter; demonstrates personal initiative and willingly assumes responsibility and ownership
- Ability to build strong working relationships with internal and external customers
- Customer focused behavior
- Exemplary standards of integrity personal work ethic and continuous involvement in self education and development
- Proficiency in Windows Excel Word and PowerPoint software
- Ability to consistently exceed customer expectations and show commitment to the Companys Core Values
TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:
- Up to 10% for training partner collaboration etc.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Regular computer work and sitting
- Occasional walking standing and lifting
INDEPENDENT JUDGEMENT:
- Develops objectives and general policies and procedures for a specific program or functional area of responsibility within general scope of established operational goals and plans. Day-to-day work and decisions do not require direction or review by immediate supervisor. End results are reviewed by supervisor.
