Assistant Construction Project Manager

As an Assistant Construction Project Manager your responsibilities will include administrative support for healthcare construction management projects.

• Workas an Assistant Construction Project Manager as part of a team on large hospital projects and independentlyon smallerprojects
• Collaborateclosely with the Owner Architect and Contractor to resolve issues
• Perform under the supervision ofaConstruction Manager or Senior Engineer
• Provideconstruction managementsupportand inspectiondutieson projects
• Be willing to travel to project sites at other hospitals operated by the County of Santa Clara

• BS in Civil Engineer (BSCE) OR Construction Management preferred
• 5 Years of Construction Management or inspection experience preferred
• Construction Management experience TI or renovation projects healthcare facility projects preferred
• Ability to work with Owner PM Facility Staff Architect Contractor and HCAI Field Staff
• Proficient with MS Office (Excel Word PowerPoint)andMS Project
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills
