Job Summary
About the Role:
Are you a strong communicator who enjoys helping customers and solving problemsMyCorporation by Deluxeis looking for a motivated Inside Sales Specialistto join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a consultative environment enjoys building relationships and is driven to close sales through meaningful conversations.
Youll be the first point of contact for clients who have previously connected withMyCorporation by Deluxe. Your mission is to understand their needs recommend the right solutions and ensure a smooth and accurate order process.
What Youll Do:
- Handle inbound calls from existing and prospective clients
- Conduct discovery conversations to understand client needs
- RecommendMyCorporation by Deluxeservices and close sales with accuracy
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and uncover new opportunities
- Manage customer accounts and track sales conversions
- Use phone email and social media to maintain relationships and build a strong pipeline
- Accurately document customer interactions and confirm order details
Basic Qualifications:
Education and Experience: HS/GED and 2 years of related experience
Experience with Microsoft Office skills (Outlook Excel Word)
Preferred Qualifications:
Education: Associate Degree
Experience: Exceptional phone and interpersonal skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Additional Basic Qualifications:
Must be 18 years of age or older
Compensation
The compensation range for this position is $23.00 - $24.00 hourly. This position will be eligible for commission. The base pay actually offered will vary depending on job-related knowledge skills location experience and take into account internal equity.Benefits
