Job Description
- Interact with Apples customers through multiple channels simultaneously- Create build and nurture relationships with customers by providing a unique experience- Have a firm grasp on the Apple ecosystem and be able to communicate technical aspects of our products in non-technical terms- Understand and convey the positivity of Apples values to our customers- Through continuous reflection keep proactive learning and sharing with team to increase individual/team competitiveness
- Fluent and standard Mandarin English is a plus
- Love Apple products and enjoy showcasing how products and solutions can be adapted by every customer
- Adaptive and flexible to changing technologies process and environments
- Excellent communication (oral and written) with interpersonal and presentation skills
- Believe in providing an amazing personalized experience to each and every customer
- Skilled at translating tech speak into everyday language for all customers to understand
- Gets technology & has hands-on knowledge of Apple products applications & services
- Ability to work in cross-functional teams
- Keen on seeking for innovative problem solving
- Customer-focused detailed-oriented
- Makes space to listen learn and amplify diverse perspectives and experiences
