Job Summary

We are seeking seasonal Labourers to help keep Albertas highways safe. If you have a Class 5 license and want to work for a company that values safety community and career growth we want to hear from you!

- Perform various highway maintenance tasks including crack sealing asphalt patching flagging message painting etc.
- Assist with traffic control procedures
- Perform preventive maintenance and cleaning of equipment
- Perform other road maintenance duties as required
- Work outside in all weather conditions
Qualifications
- Successfully complete pre-employment drug and alcohol testing
- Be able to perform physically demanding tasks
- Must possess a valid Class 5 drivers license
- Provide a clear 3-year drivers abstract
- Previous experience as a Traffic Controller or Flagging experience is a strong asset
Work Conditions
- Applicants that are local may be given preference due to the location of the work
- As LHL is obligated to respond to various weather patterns some shift work on-call and night shift will be required
