What youll do
Join the Engineering team where youll be making an impact on some of our most critical assets. Youll have the opportunity to be hands-on in Bell supporting project management and agile methodologies in a construction environment. Engineering also includes important work in network architecture focused on radio communications network architectures data analytics and cloud technologies or design and wireless systems.

Requirements
- Youre a first to third year student studying towards a university degree OR college/CEGEP diploma in engineering engineering science/physics or related fields (if you believe you are up for the challenge with a different degree/diploma you are welcome to apply).
- You have a desire to expand your knowledge in any of the following fields:
- Project management and Agile methodologies in a construction environment
- Network architecture and design (hardware and software) routing protocols and principles
- Broadcast data centre and/or cloud technologies
- Radio communications and/or wireless systems
- Project management and Agile methodologies
Leadership Skills
- You are willing to challenge the status quo experimenting to find solutions that will make a difference in the lives of Bells customers.
- You are goal-oriented and can focus on individual tasks while also understanding the bigger picture and how systems work together.
- You are a skilled communicator balancing urgency empathy and integrity. You speak and write clearly and concisely and you listen with the purpose of encouraging transparent dialogue.
