Bachelor/Masters Degree student or equivalent. A background in product design fashion fashion management textiles visual communications graphic design or marketing/merchandising is a plus.

Fluency in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work autonomously.

Proactive energetic attitude with passion for creativity design sport and fashion.

Collaborative team player with a strong sense of ownership eager to learn and unafraid to challenge the status quo.

IN ORDER TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR AN INTERNSHIP YOU MUST

Be a student for the whole duration of the internship (enrolled in a university/ higher education institution)

Be available for a 6-month fulltime internship starting February 1st 2026

Be able to work in a hybrid model: 2 days from home 3 days in the office at our Nike EHQ Campus Colosseum 1 1213 Hilversum (NL)

You are currently enrolled in a full-time study program at a Dutch university (HBO or WO level) regardless of your nationality.

You hold EU/EEA citizenship and are enrolled in a university outside the Netherlands.

Please note: Due to legal and immigration requirements we cannot offer internships to non-EU/EEA students who are not currently enrolled in a Dutch HBO or WO level in the Netherlands.

WHAT YOULL WORK ON

We have roles available in the following teams.

Product Design

Be part of the Geo Express Lane (GEL) Apparel/footwear design team(s) to help bring new designs from concept to creation supporting the full product lifecycle.

Assist in the development of seasonal product lines ensuring alignment with design intent and performance standards.

Coordinate sample tracking fit sessions and feedback loops with cross-functional stakeholders (product management development merchandising).

Conduct research on materials construction methods colour trends & graphic placement.

Take part in consumer research to identify trends and new product opportunities.

Prepare presentations and reports for internal stakeholders summarizing progress and insights.

Product Creation

Be part of the Geo Express Lane (GEL) Apparel/footwear Product Management team(s) stewarding the footwear/apparel product creation process from line planning to sell-in.

Analyze retail sales data and assist with consumer research to fuel new product briefs tailored for the European consumer.

Help manage workflows and create tools to support business needs.

Collaborate with design development and merchandising teams.

Ensure accountability and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
