Day-to-day responsibilities

  • Customer service of B2B customers in Switzerland mainly in written communication using German language.
  • Providing support including financial queries (both transactional business and basic accounting) answering product questions implementing contract changes.
  • Preparing customer reporting account statements conducting reconciliation.
  • Utilizing available system landscape to find satisfying solutions for customer queries.
  • Cooperating with internal stakeholder network and external business partners.
  • Active assistance in all areas of the team including participation in problem-solving activities and implementation of agreed solutions.

Who Are We Looking For

  • Fluent German (min. B2 level) and English and Polish on a very good level.
  • Proactive approach with a team player mentality.
  • Customer focus and attention to detail.
  • Experience in customer service in an international environment would be an asset.
