Bachelors Degree in a hardware-focused field (Materials Science Mechanical Engineering Electrical Engineering)
3 years experience performing product characterization including mechanical stress test shock/drop/vibration testing environmental testing
Ability to travel internationally
Strong attention to detail and curiosity of how technologies work
Excellent written visual and verbal communication skills
Masters or PHD in a hardware-focused field (Materials Science Mechanical Engineering Electrical Engineering)
Statistical experience such as Weibull JMP or familiarity with accelerated test models
Familiar with Failure Analysis techniques (Optical Microscopy X-ray/CT Scanning Electron Microscopy/Energy Dispersive Spectroscopy etc.) and the ability to use failure analysis methodology to derive a root cause of failure
Capable of balancing multiple projects at once
Dynamic engineer with a proactive attitude and desire to work closely with domestic and international cross-functional teams
