Job Requirements

• Minimum time commitment: two to three days per week for 15 scheduled hours
• At least one in-person shift per week more preferred
• Evenings or weekends are in high demand but not required for Seniors with demonstrated caseload building skills
• Submit to a background check if hired

Pay

• Opportunity to earn from $61 to $111 per session based on demonstrated clinical development
• All counselors are valued W-2 employees (vs. independent contractors)

Qualifications

Education

• Masters (Required)

Full License/Certification for independent practice in the state of Texas

• LCSW LPC or LMFT (Required)
