The ideal candidate enjoys solving problems with technology is comfortable working across multiple platforms and has a knack for quickly learning new tools.Job Responsibilities- Design build and maintain automation workflows using platforms such as n8n Power Automate and Zapier.
- Integrate SharePoint Teams SQL and other business systems to create seamless automated processes.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to elicit requirements document workflows and translate them into automated solutions.
- Prototype and deploy AI-powered automations using tools like OpenAI Copilot and Vibe Coding.
- Support Sparkflow analytics projects by building connectors automations and notifications that increase adoption and ROI.
- Monitor troubleshoot and optimize existing workflows for performance reliability and scalability.
- Stay current on emerging automation and AI tools recommending new approaches that drive efficiency.
- Collaborate with US and India teams to standardize automation practices and knowledge sharing.
Job Requirements- Bachelors degree or higher in a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in automation integration or systems role.
- Hands-on experience with automation platforms (Power Automate n8n Zapier Make).
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 ecosystem (SharePoint Teams Outlook OneDrive).
- Basic proficiency in SQL (queries joins data integration).
- Exposure to AI tools and APIs (e.g. OpenAI Microsoft Copilot custom GPTs).
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to quickly learn new platforms.
- Excellent communication skills able to gather requirements and explain solutions to non-technical users.
Additional Skills (Not Required)- Experience with basic coding/scripting (JavaScript Python or PowerShell).
- Knowledge of data visualization tools like Power BI.
- Familiarity with DevOps or version control for workflow management.
- Prior experience in a consulting or client-facing environment.
- Understanding of data governance security and compliance practices.
