Job Summary

We are seeking anAutomation & AI Engineerto design build and support automation workflows that streamline operations and enhance client deliverables. This role sits at the intersection oflow-code automation AI integration and data connectivity making it a unique opportunity to shape how our teams and clients leverage next-generation tools like n8n Power Automate SharePoint and Sparkflow.
The ideal candidate enjoys solving problems with technology is comfortable working across multiple platforms and has a knack for quickly learning new tools.


Job Responsibilities
  • Design build and maintain automation workflows using platforms such as n8n Power Automate and Zapier.
  • Integrate SharePoint Teams SQL and other business systems to create seamless automated processes.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to elicit requirements document workflows and translate them into automated solutions.
  • Prototype and deploy AI-powered automations using tools like OpenAI Copilot and Vibe Coding.
  • Support Sparkflow analytics projects by building connectors automations and notifications that increase adoption and ROI.
  • Monitor troubleshoot and optimize existing workflows for performance reliability and scalability.
  • Stay current on emerging automation and AI tools recommending new approaches that drive efficiency.
  • Collaborate with US and India teams to standardize automation practices and knowledge sharing.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelors degree or higher in a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in automation integration or systems role.
  • Hands-on experience with automation platforms (Power Automate n8n Zapier Make).
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 ecosystem (SharePoint Teams Outlook OneDrive).
  • Basic proficiency in SQL (queries joins data integration).
  • Exposure to AI tools and APIs (e.g. OpenAI Microsoft Copilot custom GPTs).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to quickly learn new platforms.
  • Excellent communication skills able to gather requirements and explain solutions to non-technical users.
Additional Skills (Not Required)
  • Experience with basic coding/scripting (JavaScript Python or PowerShell).
  • Knowledge of data visualization tools like Power BI.
  • Familiarity with DevOps or version control for workflow management.
  • Prior experience in a consulting or client-facing environment.
  • Understanding of data governance security and compliance practices.
